Just do them whenever, they don't really matter much and don't really have much continuity to them
The only ones I can think that have any continuity are maybe the KiraKira group episode
I guess the ninja group episode takes place literally at the end of the original ninja event, it shows what happens when Izuna actually goes in the room
Most of them aren't super memorable; gourmet and veritas ones are the most memorable
