Sure. I guess I lost the plot a bit there, when I think of master planner I think of SA2 Eggman who basically never had a tantrum on par with Classic Eggman turning red or SA1 Eggman detonating his dud nuke. I still maintain that his temper wouldn't be as destructive as Nega's though.
