I play with more enemies mod with pretty much same setup and i had no problem. Its actually more fun since you have to use lots of other spells and support stuff. Like use illusion, calm 2 enemies, lure enemies to traps, alteration for more armor, sweeping weapon strikes etc. There is lots of option.
