you'll need
>uma who can hit A in all 4 distances from the start (Maruzensky is the easiest to do this on since she has B in Sprint/Medium and C in Long)
>front runner uma preferred to minimize risk of getting blocked (Maruzensky)
>over 100% fan bonus from supports
>good enough inheritances and support cards to boost your stats high enough in the early-mid game so you can do as many races as possible in the 2nd half of the run
For reference my 1m+ run requires 45 races; with 110% fan bonus and all wins it will net over 1.1m fans
Starting from Classic Year Early or Late September you do races all the way until URA
