From what I saw before they neutered mechabreaker, you will always facing against a team of bots in casual but your team are mostly real player with maybe 1-2 bots when there's not enough player. This is why it takes longer to queue because there's not enough player in casual. I mean at higher ranks the bot are stronger than your average shitters and now they added rank reward there's no reason to play casual.
