we don't know, management makes insane and incoherent decisions regarding powercreep and balancing.

not nearly as much as attackers/debuffers, but it's still a blanket 10% increase to stats and buffers like Diva ruka can act as a DPS with her SS1 introjected. We are getting more in the future, so it doesn't matter a whole lot either way.

Depends if you see yourself sticking with them, or if you like the characters personally. All memorias will be powercrept eventually
