Join a guild, do m+ with people consistently rather than randos, talk to them.
Grouping with randoms, especially in semi difficult content, is just asking to be angry. You put all your hate and anger into them when they do something wrong, when in reality they probably either didnt notice or would say "ah fuck in retarded my bad" and you would instantly laugh or forgive them without a second thought.
