can someone explain what turtle's philosophy was on changing MC by removing old bosses and adding new ones that require t3 geared players?

It makes no sense to me and it turns me off if they are going to do with all the old raids too.
MC is supposed to be the entry level 40 man, why are they adding a tier 3 gear requirement to certain bosses?
