Unless it's a lotto or something, I never use my own Castoria/Oberon/other supports to conserve bond. I use a support Castoria and then run 7-turn teams and shit during events and dead week farming. So it's not a big deal IMO.
It only might REALLY matter for shit like Advanced Quests where you can't use friend supports but most of them can be cleared with low rarity Servants so it's not that bad.
