They aren't inherently wrong, it depends heavily on the fight and team. For speedruns Hugo will always be better.

Better, no doubt. Miyabi's BIS teammates are just nowhere near as good with her than Alice's. (and they are exactly the same, though Astra is a Yuzuha sidegrade for Miyabi)
