Here I was referring to bought accounts. The baseline is they find out you're smurfing/boosting/acc sharing, and choose to give you an initial punishment on all your accounts, since why would you go walking free on mains while you do crimes on other accounts. After 30 days, who knows? Will the accounts be purged,banned,locked queues? We didn't get there yet.
