Ah you don't need those. Charm is ok but Practice Perfect is a joke (2% lmao).
The only other thing I can think of is that you're doing too many races. If you're getting shit luck and getting blocked then you know, it is what it is but you should be aiming to get all skill/training rewards with just 13-14 races.
