luminae kind of shits on him. you can use his wings aux to get out of his cc, plus he can just boost out of his cc rather easily and activate his aoe dot to deter him. you can also stick him with the damaging drones and see where he is when he's invisible because of it and follow him with your dot. and harass the absolute shit out of him. luminae kind of ruins stellaris day. same with narukami though she's harder to get at because of the way her stealth works she doesn't have to be close so getting the initial drone on her can be a pain.
