It's an exploit in the current AI where if there's no front runner a random pacer (or late or ender) is promoted but with Haru she drags down everyone even better if you put on debuffs on her
Only video I've seen actually go over it rest were just random snippets of the gimmick I heard elsewhere but wasn't documented well
