By reducing the obviously overtuned bullshit to baseline. Start simple, like make Zirconia 5pp, or 3/3. Make Gildaria's rally effect normal evo, not sevo. Make Amalia's ward effect hidden behind evo like Liam (a much more expensive card). Make Valse a reasonable (yet still good) 3 damage, not an absurdly overtuned 5 damage.
