Le support ult charge doesn't matter until higher levels because your gold solo teammates aren't really going to make much of it for it to be an advantage. You know who will have an advantage? The squirrel spamming nuts getting random kills and preventing your tanks from moving up and constantly having ult up because your dps would rather focus tank or support over enemy dps. She's just a character that allows you to play with a peace of mind if banned without having to deal with their bullshit
