Luna is first pick, first ban material in every single match and every single lineup ever. She is always hands down the best Strategist in the game and if you do not have a Luna you don't have the most broken ultimate by far in the entire game that can basically win or stall every single teamfight ever. That's just her ultimate, then you have her broken as kit with strong damage infinite range hitscan, best burst healing in the game, a ranged stun, passive health regen, passive speed boost to move around.
