Sadly all of those mons are used in meme decks only, you can still "KoG" with them, since they fixed ranked mode and now you have save places on ranked (yeah before that, if you lose you always demote, till the very bottom)
You can also climb with like 45% win-rate but it will req you to have like 1000 games played or so.
And back to the pokemons you listed, Celestial Salazzle and Xatu have meme decks (different ones).
