Ok those are much better picks. Pheromosa is used in tier 2-3 Ultra Beast deck, but she isn't the main star of the show there (but she's important). Kabutops deck with Rampardos (fossils deck) is also fun, not meta, but I would still say it's rogue (mostly because rare candy is broken card and you can manipulate which pokemon will start in your zone).
