Not quite. It's a meme deck carried by strong floodgates and a good skill. Chimera's ONLY response to Necrovalley is milling tackle crusader, which they can't do because your skill deletes Beatrice from their board, and if they didn't make Beatrice (lol) their only hope is to handrip it.
However if you go first and don't open Necro or HLB you are generally fucked. But I managed it to do it enough to KoG last month with a similar list. I find Heroes more fun to play in Speed.
