ehh 3 droplet is a brick, especially in 20, my rule of thumb is to stick to 2 max of the same hopt cards. in any deck, except starters.
droplet does almost nothing vs utopia, boms have more versatility vs utopia which is a very shitty matchup, where forcing the draw is a backup option if they're plebs that keep the 5k+ utopias in attack position by making starling with sparrow that ray can't target
