You can make a pretty damn good modlist on Series x, sans SKSE mods, but alts for popular ones have been made and if they've not played PC they won't miss anything. Your limited to 5gb which is kind of shit (starfield upped this to 100gb). I can't really recommend anything but for starfield I just browsed the Creations store a lot and added things whenever I felt like it. They can have fun just putting a list together and it's just button presses on xbox
It doesn't hold a candle to PC modding but it is cool af you can do it on consoles now, trolling aside. You can even get Requiem last I checked
