For me, at least, 600/600 with a few skills is enough to win URA almost all the time. I regularly go into URA with slightly sub 600 stats and a ton of skills, most of which are useless (parent run), and rarely use clocks.
If the opponent style distribution is bad, that's just too bad. Maybe try running front if your stats are ace run stats.
