download it. It's not a virus and not a bitcoin miner but if you want to be a pussy you can just use it on a VM. I use it on a VM so I can have it running on a PC on a side monitor and still do what I want on the PC, without giving up mouse control.
Step two, download Autohotkeys.
Step three, make an autohotkey script that clicks on two locations on the desktop every 15 minutes.
Voila, your "demo" 15 minutes version now works infinitely.

And the first 1000 hours were me using Duelit, the much superior version which didn't require mouse control. R.I.P Duelit. Only REAL /dlg/ (yes /DEE EL GEE/) OGs like me remember Duelit.
I have basically earned more hypothetical money than the average neo-/dlsg/ troonpig spent on the game if you converted all the gems I earned extra on the "manual only" gate alone.
And no, YOU CANNOT GET BANNED for using it. I used this for almost 9 months and I used Duellinks for ~2-3 years before it stopped getting updated. Meanwhile, in MTGA I lost ~500-1000 USD in theoretical gem money because I got two out of my 5 accounts banned, but that's only because I used a script to tank my MMR in PvP, and it was worth it, just to prove a point, was never gonna spent all the gems there anyway because MTGA is insanely generous compared to Kikenami games and you can get dozens of playable constructed semi-meta decks at any time.
