The social contract fixes nothing because I do try my best (which is limited because my patience has been heavily eroded by all the turbonigs in this game) to play as a team and be nice. Thinking that people should be complacent with soft griefing is the height of stupidity, blizzard should be constructing walls to prevent that like every other multiplayer game (skill based matchmaking does this)
