I think anons would benefit from sparring in the lobby against characters like Metera, Vas, Lowain, etc.
It won't make the characters any weaker, but playing against these characters in a low stress environment is sure to help. When you play ranked, you want to win, if you get hit by some bullshit you'll just feel anger, meanwhile in the lobby you'll think "what could I have done there?" or "why did I get hit by that?"
