Both are different models to what Norway gets, and I'm fairly sure the only reason the Norwegians got a version with the ASH radar in the first place is because gaijin had already worked on the Sea Mosquito - suggestion for it was passed just a month or two ago, and half the time suggestions only seem to "pass" when they're already scheduled by the devs
Bomber version for bongs was confirmed in both dev streams as coming in the update after this one.
