Valve is smart for better or worse. They sniff effectively where the money is at and quantified Arcane's massive reach for sure. Also they've always used "original" ways to promote their games. "Meet the" series for TF2 and Dota's International tournament (an oddity at the time) for example. I don't have high hopes but it could happen. Deadlock is originally a visual novel afterall, it was a story before being a game.
