The game should be screaming when fire is under your feet if it's not immediately apparent though. The gears from the mech are a great example of a very stunning and apparent visual, that is impossible to see in clutter. However restless cabal in BFA is a great example of an impossible to see mechanic if you had 3 frostniggers. Nobody needs GTFO if spell clarity is good and honestly, it mostly is nowadays.
