Pretty much all of 2.3's story is safe to skip, though I liked the scenes during Manato's duel. Crib notes are that the Wandering Hunter is Lucia's etherealized father, Sarah tried to used Yidhari to open the doorway through time, and the proxy found out that Ye Shiyuan is working with Sarah.
