Sure but she's BiS for them regardless. Even if you wanted to ignore the ones you didn't name because they suck, Astra rivals trigger's spot on the S-Anby and Seed team comps at equal investment (usually getting better scores) making her BiS for those teams technically. The difference is so small though that you would use trigger anyway to make your astra free elsewhere

For Eve, I'm curious if she'll go double stunner assuming you have lighter to drop Astra or will Dialyn replace lighter entirely
