I did pretty a similar setup but Alice instead of Piper and Pulchra instead of Qingyi and Evelyn Koleda Astra instead of the lightning team. Pretty much any decently leveled team can clear the optional node, you have 10 minutes to kill her you just need to stay alive. The optional node also gives less of a multiplier so you should prioritize the other ones if you're struggling. Which enemy you pick as the final boss depends on who your best characters are but Wandering Hunter is probably the easiest on the whole.
