From what I believe (which may be completely wrong) acceleration is how fast an Uma’s top speed can be reached and velocity is how fast your uma is. With McQueen, she’ll reach her top speed at the beginning of the final spurt if her skill procs. Pretty good, but if she’s blocked or doesn’t have someone to challenge her, it won’t proc and she will fade fast
