I'm really envious, you're basically getting the ultimate fandom experience by knowing both JP and EN. My exposure of the original JP text of the games are the blogs on Tumblr dedicated to bridging that gap and explaining the original JP text, and it does have more soul and makes more sense. I really have no idea why they decided to go with a full localisation for danganronpa rather than a normal translation like any other VN.

I appreciate both sides, and enjoy fanfiction for how it goes in depth into the character's mentality and behaviour, especially full length 100k+ words ones that show absolutely insanity kino. Komaeda is blessed with a great fandom.

It's not fair not to share after I've shared my favourites.. I'm curious, so can you send me the links of the ones you loved? Have you read a Komahina/Kamukoma fanfiction that fit your criteria for good writing?
