it never rains in the personal dimension so roofs aren't needed, personally I enjoy the open skies while I wait hours and hours for machines to do things. I'm also not really trying to lawnbase it's just early days for my base in here, im also not going to waste infinite time trying to plan out a bespoke spot for every single machine in multiblock because I have no idea what my needs will be in the future, you have to expand kind of organically as things come up until much later when you get a true idea of what your end game base should look like, otherwise you will halt your progress to a crawl trying to plan for futures that may or may not come to pass.
