Any other Horde able to confirm if the alchemy supplies guy sells recipe of superior defense to you? Because all the documentation says he does, but the only scroll I see is free action point.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's bugged and only alliance can buy it hence the little racket going on charging 8.5g at the AH for a 1g item. I got 230g but it's the principle of it.
