narita's gold skill is useless and can be ignored
you can keep using whatever legacies you're using now as long as you can hit medium S often enough. Because mcqueen has a 20% stam growth rate, you might be able to go 3 speed, super creek, and 2 power cards to still hit the stam goal while bumping up power to 850+. It's pretty impressive you hit that high a speed stat with only 3 cards plus a wit, usually no speed growth umas require 4 to regularly hit 1200.
