you can slim things down even more when you make LOs for hyper-specific playthroughs, like cutting out vampire-related content on a character you know you absolutely won't do vampire shit with. though that comes with its own problems, because you'll end up fine tuning things and making your playthrough not feel as organic and more to a 'script'
