The pure fae not the false fae, or those fallen out their roles like happened in LB6. Morrigan, THE head mother goddess of an entire pantheon is casually one of her vessels. The sister of King Arthur is another.
Morgan is Vivian too, who loved Arthur as a mother. Morgan didn't save Artoria but her Vivian side did.
