Well the problem is, this game is really only appealing to the premium players. I don't see the problem with letting the player number grow.
Also there's some skins that I will never buy, but if I had some free caliber over time, maybe I'd dip into it. Yujin's nazi gas mask outfit looks cool as fuck, but I never play Yujin. But I'd spend some passively earned caliber on it just for Albion afk gameplay.
