Which video, the Gamescom presentation or the deep dive? The Gamescom one got posted as an ad which is why it has twice the views as the cinematic but way less likes, comments, etc. The Deep Dive was a dedicated livestream that skews its numbers compared to stuff like the old Blizzcon videos which were only run on Twitch or PPV and then uploaded later. Look back at the rest of TWW and DF stuff. Cutscenes that were getting over a million views in Legion and BfA now get a couple hundred thousand at most. Cinematics are now in the 2-5 million view range with the exception of the DF launch cinematic that was also ran as an ad. The only real exception to this has been the Alleria animation, probably because it was fully animated rather than the usual expansion launch animatics, and was action heavy rather than focusing on characters talking
