yeah the white sparks are supposed to be the indicator, they don't affect you. the hitbox is a bit further than the visual because it's basically a reworked version of the special move she has when u play as her, so that may have to be modified here.

yeah they do have voices, whichever character your playing as is the announcer. the rival character does have a voice line for when she's about to use the special move.
