I really don't get how people don't understand that vivian's rerun was obviously there to get dummies to waste their pulls. just like how alice and yuzuha are basically the last gasp of anomaly. Alice, an agent that can disorder with 100% damage off of her own attacks and Yuzuha, an agent that can add her anomaly to any other agent's anomalies. There is nowhere for anomaly to go after those 2 characters, which is why they waited to release them as the very last anomaly agents. anomaly is essentially done, which is why rupture is the new the meta. The same thing will happen to rupture in 6-10 months most likely with whatever new powercreep role they design. If you rolled Viv for anything other than personal enjoyment of her design, you a big dumb
