Do you recall the name of the mod? I'm trying to jack up the mass to insane proportions but I am just not seeing it impact. Worse, I still keep getting the heavy trojan chariot becoming glacial when it's caught in a mass. I know my change is impacting it as their speed is now 400 ingame (though not as zippy fast as I'd expect)
The concept I'm thinking of though it'd require a lot of tinkering would be to make chariots Ogre tier "You ain't stopping me" but also increase the lethality of spears or bracing. But also see to it that certain units that really should be mass-strong have more as well. Like 'hoplite' equivalent spearmen of the higher ranks should definitely be able to stand down a charge, but T1-T2 guys should just be blown like chaff. I just find the stickiness offputting from a visual point of view.
Yeah it's so fucking weird. I jacked their speed to 400 but they don't seem noticably faster, and their mass is subsequently increased too but they just hit a wall when they charge into these canaanite levies. I'll disable any other mods to see if something is interfering.
