That's how I was until I switched up my strategy. Whenever she starts channeling, I just sit on my blood meter and let it fill. Right before she lasers everyone, I pop quin and then unload everything after the shield drops. lvl200+ vassals with echo'd gear and I can't do enough damage to interrupt her with tAiona + fBella.

Doesn't even matter on level 3, I have no idea how to approach it.
