Hoped not, reduced foot steps does next to nothing in 99% of situations. At the very least it better have 50% reduced detection range plus something else very strong. The passive is going to carry the play style, you can kind of jank it with scout gear right now but it just doesn’t make you sneaky enough to actually sneak into a base and do something. That’s the level of sneaky this shit needs.
