Im not willing to do a lame car wash. Also question anon, when you buy the car wash and not do anything to it, does the heat level still rise? Is that heat level just automatic when you purchase it? Tbh i was thinking of buying the car wash only to buy the Higgens business solely for that 10% increase value at the hangar. Otherwise I wouldnt care but i dont want to worry of a stupid heat level rising when i dont want to do anything with car wash
