Actually never mind. I think the almighty part also gives bonus damage. It shows the score for every instance of damage and the bleed comes in two, but the second number it shows is the total one. That confused me.
It barely deals any almighty damage so it's not like it matters. (~15k vs. well over 100k from the phys bleed)
So yeah I think you are right. Just need to be a phys char.
