So I looked it up and apparently Scott was a on podcast (interview?) and when asked about any ball aches with the game he was butthurt about youtubers using simulacrum. It was incredibly retarded logic about how it didn't show the game off well and it did a "disservice to the artists" of warframe just because someone was showing builds and numbers in simulacrum. Literally the dumbest shit I've ever heard. It makes even less sense when you consider that you can barely even see what's happening in actual warframe gameplay between all the visual effects and poor UI. The other shit he was mad about was people using simulacrum as evidence of something being good or bad which isn't really much of an issue either unless it's something utilizing grouping or that scales with grouping or defensive setups with AI turned off. Tons of games having training modes and videos made to show builds to other players use that mode. It isn't some giant PR disaster. Nobody who's never played warframe is gonna see a training mode and think "that must be what the whole game is like".
