They are most dangerous at close distance where you do see them and that's also where burst fire comes in handy. But by 'stalkers' I ment both normal and predator ones.

Amendment is fairly high tier as far as these things go. Does lib/libcarbine have good ammo economy? Amendment has about the same total damage as they do with extended mags. Higher DPS than even libcarb. It's simply a very strong CQC gun while also being a very good at long range.
